The Kagga Kamma Team wishes you a pleasant journey and hopes you enjoy the adventure of travelling to this oasis on the edge of time, though some of South Africa’s most scenic areas. Before you set-off, please take a moment to peruse our notices:

Wi-Fi and Cell Reception

Kindly note that there is no cell phone reception at the Suites, Chalets or Campsites. Limited service is available at the Restaurant and Reception.

Wi-Fi facilities are available for guests’ use at the Restaurant and Bar. Use of the Wi-Fi facilities is complimentary.

In case of emergency, or for assistance after hours, kindly make use of the intercom located at the doors of Reception to be in touch with the Manager on Duty.

Telephone Connection Issues

Due to our remote location and occasional extreme weather conditions, we do experience difficulties with our telephone line from time-to-time. If you are having trouble reaching us telephonically, please send us an email to reservations@kaggakamma.co.za . We look forward to assisting you with your enquiry.

Gravel Road to Kagga Kamma

Please note that the last 35km to Kagga Kamma is via a scenic gravel road. Although the gravel road is traversable in a normal sedan vehicle all year round, the condition of the road does change and may deteriorate somewhat from time-to-time, due to prevailing weather conditions and / or lack of municipal maintenance, which events are, unfortunately, outside of our control.

Please drive carefully and slowly and make the most of the opportunity this affords for you to slow things down and enjoy the splendour of nature that surrounds you on the way to Kagga Kamma.

Services

Guests are urged to book any spa treatments, excursions or other activities prior to arrival to avoid disappointment.

Kindly inform the Barman, should you be making use of the Lodge swimming pool; our Team would love to serve you your favourite beverages poolside.

Chalet and Camping guests are required to make a Restaurant reservation 24 hours in advance for set mealtimes.
